Here, the staff was amazing, the rooms were modern, the location was perfect for dining, and it was conveniently close to many attractions.

The beds were very comfortable and we liked that the pool was heated and open late.

Very disappointed, what an extremely outdated hotel. No refrigerator in the room....Never had a hotel room without a refrigerator! The signs on the wall stated there was ice and vending, yet no ice machine. It smelled of cigarette smoke in many areas, even the elevator! I'm talking old musty smoke, not smokey because someone was smoking. It didn't look at all like the photos, those were of the newer hotels not this eye sore of one. We waited over 1/2 hour for eggs and sausage for breakfast after being told it would be 5 min. And then half of it was burnt. I will never visit this location again, too bad,because we come to that area frequently for sports tournaments. I've paid less money in more expensive areas for a nicer room.

Needs refurbishing. Old and dowdy. Breakfast area small and poorly attended. Tables not cleaned. Food not well resupplied.

The location was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite throughout our stay. the beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. the service was exceptionally friendly, and the airport shuttle service exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to fully experience everything, but we'd love to come back here in the future. The variety of food options available was impressive, and we really enjoyed the quality of the dishes 🍽️.

Modern rooms, recently renovated hotel. Lovely building and rooms with a microwave. Very friendly and top-class staff, early check in. The pool area is lovely too. This venue offers shuttle too. Convenient location for exploring Mount Prospect with a shuttle to airport. 0.5 miles to the airport...

Excellent location close to many food places. Easy to locate dining options in the area. Avanti Cafe nearby offers great tea and coffee.

Location next to the fitness center, On a good bus route-, and Chicago. Newly renovated rooms with a microwave and friendly service.

The room here is recently updated, quite spacious, has a cozy bed, and even includes an ironing board; the amenities are top-notch.
